WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

We believe coaching and mentoring success comes from 3 core beliefs; focus on strengths, becoming brilliant at the basics and connecting with our athletes to ensure development is coupled with fun and satisfaction.

Our core philosophies revolve around engagement with players and building strong relationships. We feel that athletes (kids in particular) should be engaged rather than screamed at to get the most out of them and aim to find a way to connect with our clients on a personal level, which is what seperates us from the competition.

All of our staff are selected for their ability to engage with players and build trust. By creating an environment of mutual respect and learning, our staff get to know players on a deeper level and as a result, elicit greater effort from them while seeing their enjoyment of the game grow. Due to our effort to connect with players on a personal level, SDHE yields a very high percentage of repeat clients. Our consistent track record of improvement in all players we work with is a clear demonstration of the success of the SDHE approach.
